For the past year, BeReal has been a great way to capture many small moments that have made up our school year. Every day, once a day, everyone receives a notification at the same time that they have 2 minutes to capture their BeReal, allowing them to show their friends a small glimpse of their day. The app has taken social media to the next level, and many times we take for granted the ability to quickly share our everyday activities with our friends. 

BeReal requires no editing and special time to create a post; you aren’t given any time to think it over after all! It is truly a real look into your friends’ “real” daily life. Since the app launched, over 43.3 million users have joined BeReal, and about 100 of those users are our 2023 seniors, and they definitely took advantage of it! From football games, to pep rallies, or even a regular math class, the seniors especially made sure to capture the most real moments of their final year at NDCL.
