For day #8, we have Mad Lab Gooey Glob Ball Packed with Globbies and Styro Beads
Talk about a messy toy. This toy even says on the package cover, “Packed with tons of globbies and styro.” This toy is just a disaster waiting to happen. We can not even begin to imagine the mess to be cleaned up that this toy will cause. Once the toy is popped and the filling of the beads goes everywhere, it becomes unusable. It is a disappointment because you have your hopes up to squish and play with this toy until you get let down. After all, it gets popped. It is a clever idea and a good stress reliever for a toy. It just needs to be more reliable for us. But also, stress balls and squishes are very 2016. We have moved on from that as a society, hopefully.
We give the squishy stress ball the #5 spot.
